Duties of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs:
- Providing administrative support and coordination in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures within the college.
- Collaborating with the dean in setting administrative plans and programs, monitoring their implementation, and reporting on progress.
- Coordinating with other departments and administrative units within the college to implement policies and administrative procedures consistently and efficiently.
- Managing daily administrative activities, including staff coordination, organizing meetings and appointments, and overseeing document and correspondence review.
