Duties of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs:

Provide administrative support and coordinate the implementation of administrative policies and procedures at the college.

Collaborate with the Dean of the college in developing administrative plans and programs, monitoring their implementation, and reporting on progress.

Coordinate with other departments and administrative units in the college to implement administrative policies and procedures in a consistent and efficient manner.

Manage daily administrative activities, including coordination among staff, organizing meetings and appointments, and reviewing documents and correspondence.

Handle employee-related matters, including recruitment, appointments, promotions, performance management, administrative training, and general staff affairs.

Supervise administrative and information systems in the college, including the development and improvement of internal administrative procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Address infrastructure and administrative facility issues, work on their development and improvement, and ensure the provision of necessary administrative needs.

Handle administrative financial and budget matters, including preparing and reviewing the budget, monitoring expenses and revenues, and preparing financial reports.
